QUOTATIONS
- All quotations are valid for 7 (seven) days unless stated otherwise.
- Prices are subject to stock availability and supplier pricing changes.
- Prices may change due to currency fluctuations or supplier cost increases.
- Orders are only confirmed upon payment and written confirmation.

ORDERS & PAYMENTS
- A 50% deposit is required for all branded/custom orders.
- Orders below R2 000 require full payment upfront.
- Production begins only after payment is received and order is confirmed in writing.
- Full payment must be made before delivery or collection.

CUSTOM BRANDING & ARTWORK
- Artwork must be approved in writing before production.
- No responsibility is accepted for errors after approval.
- Colour variations may occur depending on materials and screens.
- Changes after approval may result in additional charges.

PRODUCTION & DELIVERY
- Production time: 2–14 working days depending on order size.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
- Risk transfers to the client upon delivery/collection.
- Delays caused by suppliers or logistics are not the company's liability.

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
- No cancellations allowed after production has started.
- Cancellations before production may incur up to 25% fee.
- Branded/custom items are non-returnable.
- Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

PRODUCT VARIATIONS
- Colours may vary slightly due to screen/display differences.
- Clients are responsible for confirming product suitability before ordering.

GENERAL
- Goods remain the property of Futhi Bulk Supply until fully paid.
- The company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
- By placing an order, the client agrees to these terms.
